Solution 1:
- Power off and unplug the printer from the computer.
- Uninstall the Canon software.
- Restart the computer and download the last Canon driver
- Install the driver and restart Windows
- Reconnect the printer and switch it on.
Solution 2:
- Check for the USB cable: it must be connected to the back of the printer.
- Try another USB cable.
Solution 3:
- Connect the USB cable on another USB port of the computer.
