How to solve error message "Printer Off or other problem" with SSC Utility

Here are some solutions to solve the message "Printer Off or other problem" when using the software  SSC utility .


Solution 1:

• Power off the printer.
• Wait five minutes.
• Power on the printer.

Solution 2:

• Is the printer turned on and connected to the computer ?

Solution 3:

• If you are on Mac, SSC utility will not work...
• You need to find a friend who have Windows...

Solution 4:

• SSC utility does not work with Windows 8, and (probaby) with Vista and Seven.
•  You need to find a friend who have an earlier version of Windows
