How to solve error code 92558 or 92,558 on Xerox ColorQube 8570, 8870, 8580, 8880 printers

The error code 92558 ou 92,558 on Xerox ColorQube printers means that the electronics module is faulty.

Try these solutions to solve the problem:


Solution 1:

• Power off the printer and unplug the power cable for ten minutes
• Plug back et switch on.

Solution 2:

• Check all the connections to the electronics module (see picture below)

Solution 3:

• Take out and re-install the electronics module

Solution 4:

• If the problem persist, eeplace the electronics module
